I had my first patient on Friday! She was a sweet little latina lady, and I didn't really do much except her blood pressure and watch soap operas. (She likes General Hospital, which, if you have to choose, is by far the best soap opera.) She was the perfect first patient though- extremely cooperative and supportive. Her story is sad, though. Last night I went to the Bang (upon the suggestion of Kristin) at the Blind Pig, and it was definitely awesome.
