so this morning i'm kind of in a mediocre/bad mood from wasting 20 minutes on the phone with united airlines, trying to talk to that annoying computerized man who keeps offering me all the wrong things and refuses to understand the fact that i dont want to purchase my flight i just want to put it on hold

this is a just flight to vegas on wednesday - since i may or may not be meeting my boss there (he's in chicago currently for family stuff)
