I think POTUS and FLOTUS have nice taxpayer-funded dinners every night, and if she wanted to get him a new tie, Im sure she would have to go through like 100 levels of red tape in the RNC to get everything approved because, hey, ties are big political statements. And plus, its a national holiday, which means all government functions are shut down. So, if anything, they put Bush and the administration into cyrogenic freezing suspended animation for presidents day. I dont know... I just want to eat tacos and play Red Alert
