Roast dinner

We had roast pork and, unusually, could be bothered to roast tatties to go with it; also some celeriac treated similarly - very tasty if you've not tried it. They were cooked in the fat that ran off from the crackling (the crackling was starting to singe, so we cut it off, and finished it in a tray lower down the oven, then did the veggies in the ( Read more... )
