My friend Yi and I decided to embark on what I call "Spectacular Pineappular" where we would try to eat an entire pineapple in one hour and see what happens. We dragged our friend Julia along and cut up our pineapple and tried to eat it. Before we knew it, our mouths were burning and it felt like we had papercuts on our gums, lips, and tongue. It was brilliant.
