I'm not going to lie, Lindsay, I SCREAMED. And like a HORRIBLE PERSON I jumped immediately to the ending JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD END ALL RIGHT. I'VE BEEN WAY TOO TRAUMATIZED BY HORRIBLE ENDINGS IN FANDOM OKAY.

OMG, now that I have the watery eyes and the flailing and the general EMBARRASSMENT TO HUMANITY out of my system, I'm going to go back and read it from the beginning, slowly, instead of skipping every other word and only zeroing in on the dialogue so I could find out what HAPPENED GOD. I think I am still experiencing mild tachycardia.

UGH, I just adore every bit of this. This is the Brett/Scott fic that I have been waiting for. And with J2! Life is good!

I really, really love that Scott was the one having the gay crisis and not Brett. I love how they balanced each other out and how all of their weird behaviors just made them love each other more. I love how the two relationships influenced each other, and I love that Brett and Scott never get as angsty as the clusterfuck of J2 in this fic. It's a really good balance. I also loved the hot porn and the CMM jokes.

PLEASE write more Brett/Scott in the future. THERE JUST ISN'T ENOUGH IN THE WORLD, OKAY?
