I'm cutting. I know, I despise people who brag or talk casually about this kind of thing, but . . . it's a paper revision day, get a partner and read each others' papers aloud, and I have better things to do with my time. Colorado College, I believe is one college with one course at a time. I looked into it a bit before deciding to go elsewhere.

I think the idea behind peer reviews on papers is to get feedback from other writers who are theoretically somewhere near your level, to get a different perspective on your paper, and to discuss possible points of contention (grammatical or otherwise) in the papers.
