He gave a small little mumble, shifting under the covers to get comfortable again. Leo automatically reaching out to find Raph, a little surprised when he didn't find the younger male. The usually blue donned turtle pawing around the bed hopeful to find his usual bed partner. Even if the bed was huge it was a rarity that Raph ever moved that far

After asking people on the comm, and getting their advice, Raph had decided to go for it and try cooking breakfast. Though he wanted to whack Serling, who kept nagging him to help once the robot had caught him in the kitchen, fixing the food.

He hadn't done too bad, and not burned it too badly. Leaving Serling to grumble, and clean up after him, he carried a tray with the food back to their room, kind of hoping Leo was still asleep, just add to the surprise.

He smiled, and opened the door, and stepped inside, pausing. "Aww, you're awake, I wanted to surprise you..."

Raph's disappointment and tray was enough to earn a smile from the usually blue donned turtle. "I'd say you've surprised me enough with this. Its certainly not how I was expecting to wake up to on Valientines day." Chuckled the older reptile, his smile widening as Raph walked further into the room with the tray.

"You- You didn't have to do this you know. You could have woken me up and I would have made us something."

He walked over, setting down the tray. "That was the point, I wanted to cook for ya, for once." He said. "I even asked that stupid comm for advice, and endured getting nagged by Serling..."

Leo gave another amused sound at that, gently picking up the tray eying the food curiously as he rested it on his lap. It definitely looking better then he'd expected.

"I think I'll have to owe you something then, specially with all the trials and tribulations you suffered for me." He teased as Raph crawled back into bed with him more then readily, finding his way under the covers earning a raised eye ridge from his mate. Leo shaking off the 'You're only mildly' insane look he wanted to convey to take his first bite of the food.
