Switchblade - Notes
As vampires take over South Korea, Taemin feels that it's his duty to bring a chaotic world to peace. On the way, he'll have to battle his addiction to vampire blood and finally find forgiveness for the vampire who pulled him into this life. A continuation of The Bonded Series.
This series is set in an alternate universe, and contains language, violence (including torture), and sexual situations which is inappropriate for anyone under 18. There's also character death.

Now. 'Switchblade' is the continuation of that series, and the first one that should revolve around Taemin. I wrote Switchblade originally for Nanowrimo. I completed the challenge, writing over 50,000 words in what was actually less than a single month (but if you were with me for the original series, you know I've done even better than that before huhuhu). I wasn't proud of what I'd accomplished. There was a complicated story with too many holes to count. I got very, very stressed out as I tried to form my mess into a nicely organized novel.
You might remember that when I wrote the original Bonded trilogy, I posted each chapter very quickly, in order to avoid stressing over each one. Well, apparently that's something I need in my writing. So, this is the new barely edited or beta'd Switchblade, a much less complicated version of the story I already wrote, but I hope you still find it entertaining. I'll be posting chapters almost as soon as I write them. Please enjoy!

Oh I almost forgot - I've revised Open Window in my head, and my canon might be a little different from what was posted in this journal. Just for example, Key is a girl in my mind. Switchblade may make references to things a little differently, forgive me for that.
Of course I have to credit the people who have helped me most in this series. All of the readers who commented, I really can't thank you enough. Your encouragement kept me going! lefty_215, of course, inspired the whole series with her artwork. (You can find that at the Bonded masterlist.) In this particular series, there should be characters directly inspired by those which were created and roleplayed by _dawnofthedead_ and mirror_angel. (Not too mention, those two have kept me going through my rough times. They're awesome wonderful friends.) And then special thanks to medifruit for always being honest with me, and helping me create the Bonded universe.
Many of these chapters might be looked at by lefty_215 before I post them. I consider Bonded as much hers as it is mine, because it would truly not exist without her.
