Billy's Purple Kilt, yes, such a monstrosity does exist. (I couldn't find out the name of this tartan, purely because I wasn't willing to go searching through thousands of web pages for it (if only they had little thumbnails). But hey, if you want to, be my guest. It could be Scottish Heather, but it doesn't quite match :/)
Billy's Black Kilt (already the subject of a wonderful fic by sunsetmog)
Royal Stewart Tartan, appropriate for all the Queen's subjects to wear, in the same way that Scottish clans may wear their Chief's tartan. (More Royal Stewart tartans can be found on this page).
Leather kilts do also exist. Sexy, huh?
