Equivocation. The terms of their relationship has changed drastically over time and not necessarily for the better, and there's a lot of arguing regarding why. There's a lot of aggressive sniping involved, but Equivocation still commands a great deal of Prudence's respect and they've occasionally been known to occupy the same room without biting each other's heads off.

Straw Man Argument. There's a big difference between what Straw Man Argument actually is and what Prudence sees could be - she spends a great deal of time trying to break them out of their shell, while they cling relentlessly to their original principles. For all their differences, Straw Man Argument is probably the closest thing Prudence has to a best friend.

Red Herring. Definitely catching Prudence's attention, there's an intellectual connection here just begging to be explored. Prudence is intent on inspecting the ins and outs of Taledom from a philosophical and scientific standpoint with a fine-toothed comb, and Red Herring will doubtless be with her every step of the way.

If-By-Whiskey. Prudence's relationship with If-By-Whiskey is a bit warped at best, formed on the simple mutual need for a sympathetic ear. The concept of rescue is a touchy subject for both of them, so more than often than not their twisted support system ends in liquor.

Excluded Middle. Sweet Jesus, it's Prudence's one time employer and general bane of her existence! Excluded Middle definitely has a few screws loose, and theirs is not exactly an employer-employee relationship of mutual respect. Prudence tries to give it her all, but the person in question is sort of ridiculously hard to take seriously.

Faulty Causal Assumption. She likes to think that she's pretty insightful about other people, but yeah, Prudence has this person totally wrong. She assumes one thing about them, but it turns out they're completely the other way around. Faulty Causal Assumption probably isn't the best thing for her, considering their less than admirable intentions, but don't expect Miss Know It All to figure that out anytime soon.

Bandwagon Appeal. The buddies! Prudence is a pretty amiable person, if only a fairly casual level, so these are the people that she'll phone up for a good time. All must be open to at least some degree of persuasion on Prudence's part, since she's pretty much all about talking people into things they might not necessarily want to do.

Genetic Fallacy. They rarely (if ever) make an ounce of sense, possess an uncanny ability to pop up at the least convenient of times, and are a thousand times more vulgar than Prudence (if that's possible). But for all their faults, Prudence cares about Genetic Fallacy deeply, if only because blood is thicker than water.
(reserved for her brother, alfie!)

Denying The Antecedent. She doesn't get them. They don't get her. Prudence and these people are more or less complete opposites, and that doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon. The arguments involved in Denying The Antecedent just don't logically click with Prudence, so naturally she's willing to debate with them until the end of time.

Graded Ethical Absolutist.
Very much a mind/body dualist.

The practical woman in Prudence wants to rely on rational empiricism - her first instinct is to act only on what she can see in front of her. She doesn't particularly enjoy dwelling very much on the supernatural aspects of existence - it makes her supremely uncomfortable. That said, she admits that that there logically must be a transcendent agent who, at the beginning of the universe, intervened in the course of natural law. Her personal philosophy is consequently a strange blur of classical and modern Deism.
