Rawr, so long since I've updated this thing kind of I think maybe oh wait no. I've got the flu (swine maybe?) and I want to die because it's impossible to call out from work so I'm running around instead of sleeping like I should be ugh ugh ugh. awwwws. sorry you sickie keri. hope you feel better soon!
tell me about the vegetarian thing. moral reasons? just don't like meat anymore?
i find it fascinating how people vary on this. matt's mom was a vegetarian but it was only because she didn't care for meat. but then her iron count was low so now she eats chicken. one of my good friends is the complete opposite - all about animal treatment, etc. although if something happens to not be vegetarian...like my ranch style beans with jalapenos, he's cool with not knowing lol
anyhoo, hope your veggie adventure is a good one! glad to hear that you're living it up.
xoxo

Um, this might sound stupid, but I'm not exactly sure? I've watched the videos ("Meet your Meat" and all that other stuff that PETA puts out, but I don't exactly trust them either.) and I agree that the way we treat most of our animals before we slaughter them is absolutely horrible. But I don't exactly share the same level of disgust as most do. Ie. I prepare steak everyday at work and often have to tear it apart from itself and slice turkeys and all this other stuff a lot of veggies I know would gag at or refuse to do.

I guess it's just...to see if I can do it and if it will actually turn out better for me. I'm was never really much of a meat eater to begin with and whenever I did eat it I kinda felt sluggish and blah afterwards. That never happens with veggies.
