It was only yesterday that I posted to the https://add-me.livejournal.com/ community and I really didn't expect a response. I honestly was a bit shocked that people did respond. I'm so very happy to have a few new people to add to my FList. Am not looking for a gigantic list of people, I'd rather a small circle of friends and be able to keep up ( Read more... )

Hi! I haven't added a new friend in forever. I always feel so old when I read entries on add-me or other communities. When I saw that you were mid-fifties it made me so happy. I'm looking forward to getting to know you!

Awesome, not that age is a factor for me, however nice to have someone close in age. I've just added you back, sorry for the delay. Am getting caught up with messages, I wasn't on here over the weekend. I am looking forward to getting to know you also.

Age isn't always a factor for me, but lately I've been feeling the generation gap more lately. My WTF levels are definitely rising.

I can go for a couple of days without checking for messages as well. I try to let people know I'm reading though. :)
