From telling me who else failed papers, to telling people to withdraw and that we'll never make it anywhere and all that jazz....she tells me there is nothing she nor I can do. Until this

Yes, I have. The teacher hasn't done anything really "against the law" so to say. He hasn't done anything to piss of the teachers union either. He has made sexual and racial comments, but there is no hard evidence. It's his word against a group of students.

But, I'm not done fighting. He has to have a boss, and his boss has to have a boss. Something will get done. I'll take the F, thats fine, but my whole thing is he shouldn't be allowed to say what he does and do what he does. If you don't want to educate students, then stop teaching.
