Feeling restless today. This is going to be a great weekend filled with family, friends and good food, but I can't stop thinking about work. I like what I do, and I'm fairly good at it. I can live on what I make, but barely. I try to save, but it's nearly impossible to save up a nest egg when I have to dip into my savings every month to make rent.

To borrow a line from Jesus Christ Superstar, "Don't you mind about the future/Don't you try to think ahead/Save tomorrow for tomorrow/think about today instead."

Seriously, though, you have a lot of good things going for you. Focus on that, and trust that the other things will take care of themselves. They always do.
