(no subject)
Okay, so I haven't posted in awhile...but now that school's started I have a reason to procrastinate, i.e. a use for LJ.
I've had SO much work in the past few days...like, I've been up until 12 every night...and it's the first week of school!!
Lang hasn't been really hard at all ( ::knocks wood:: ), but I feel like it's definitly going to get much harder. And World...well, that's kinda hard already. Not as hard/intimidating as APUSH was on the first few days...I was really scared of Baxter lol. Williams is really cool, but I feel like it's going to be hard to get an A in that class. Let's see, what else...today was my first day of DHing (unofficial, as my schedule hasn't been changed yet) and it was really fun. Beats the crap out of classes where I have to work, lol. French...hard, because the whole class is in French and I mean, I can understand it....but in order to understand it I have to pay attention...which is INCREDIBLY difficult. The highlight was when he kicked Claire Fremont out of class for not having her book, saying that if she was going to behave like a 6 year old, then she could be punished like a 6 year old. She had to sit in a chair right outside the door, after being yelled at both publicly and privately. I felt bad for her though. I mean, it was pretty harsh. Precal is actually okay...I mean for now it's all review. And I sit w/friends so it's good. Bio is fun....I have a pretty good lab group...I'm really hoping we stay together...we probably will, because we're like, the only juniors in the class.
Today in precal Laura and I "texted".....with my calculator. It was very Bethesda-ghetto. I felt kinda bad because we had to keep making Erica like, pass the calculator. Lafratta talked about Pythagoras and how he was like, this egomaniac who wasn't actually that smart. Oh, and also how he's Ms Kimball's like, great x3987826483 grandfather. I was like umm hokay. At least there was no math involved in the story.
So that's the update. I have some awesome pics on my new camera....I'll post them for you when get around to installing the thing that like, reads the memory card.
