sick as a dog

i am so sick :( but i dont know what from. i cant stand for more than five mins cause i feel like collapsing, my head is pounding, im nauseous and i have no energy what so ever. plus i have the chills and aches...grrr this sucks. i want to go to home home :( but i cant get ahold of my mom to tell her im coming home (keith offered me a ride) so
