Bloomingdale's in Willowbrook always has a good amount of dresses [it's where I got mine last year], and I know like Neiman Marcus in Short Hills, Macy's in Short Hills. I know there's a shop in Denville with really nice dresses too..but it also depends on how much you're looking to spend and stuff like that. Good luck dress shopping!
