Ever since I started this workout, I have been eating three times a day. Prior to that, I would only eat one large meal a day, which is terrible for you. As for the protein, I'm definitely getting more, but it may not be enough.
The workout themselves are exhausting. The videos are, on average, 40 minutes long. While I do commit the time to the videos, I can really only workout for about 20 - 25 minutes. Not even the people in the videos finish the workouts all the way through. The shit is ridiculous.
