My computer has died I don't use one often sorry beth and that is the worst diet for you health I wish you would choose a different one but congrats *hugs*

well i dunno but w/e i low really thin now even though i cant eat w/e i want i still feel fine well o well the strict part is gonna be over soon i will soon begin to start eating fruits again and nuts too (shut up i dont want any sarcastic remarks) dont worry abt me ill be fine for right now im enjoying looking like a james bond silouette
