Dude you made statements very similar to if not exactly "If our drummer shows up" when it first became a concern of yours. I just put it in writing, and in my own personal journal mind you. And it was never meant as an attack

I get mad, it builds up, I say/do nothing. I get mad, it builds up more, I say/do nothing. I get mad, it builds up to my limits, I explode on people. Then I feel extreme guilt and disappointment in myself for not handling the situation better. I apologize as soon as I can, and hope that the person forgives me and moves on
