So...everybody...birthday season is coming up, right? Any celebratory plans???

My boyfriend's birthday is January 4th and mine is the 7th so we get to celebrate within days of each other but we haven't decided what to do. It might just be dinner and hanging out but that works for me. Neither of us are extravagant birthday people.

that sounds like fun :)
nothing could top last year: my boyfriend took me to see the radio city christmas show and we took a human bicycle taxi there from penn station. that was fun.

my birthday is usually overshadowed by christmas thought :( it's the 22nd.

this year i'm going to a bar with a bunch of friends to see a billy joel cover band.

Bicycle Taxis are so cool, hehe. I've never been on one but I've seen them before and always wanted to go on one.

And having your birthday overshadowed by Christmas totally sucks. Mine is almost 2 weeks after Christmas but it still butts in. My family never celebrates my birthday on my birthday...we always do it on Christmas Day. :(

LOL! Merry Birthday...nice. I think I'll sing myself 'We wish you a merry birthday, we wish you a merry birthday, we wish you a merry birthday and a happy new year!' when they bring out the cake and the gifts this year!

It's my birthday on december 24 and I plan my birthday a few days or a week before that day because that's the only time that my friends are free...seeing as it's close to Christmas and such. I'd like to just go out and play something fun in the city...I'm still thinking about what I should choose to do.

Cities are good places to go for birthdays. There are usually so many different things to do. Plus, if you tell them it's your birthday you usually get free dessert! That's what I did last year. One of my girlfriends and I went to a yummy Italian restaurant and then went out dancing.
