Also, I just read your post about changing the kids' books, which sounds like it would be super-helpful. Two things, though: I've been helping out our tech services person at our library a lot lately and the first thing I thought when you mentioned reorganizing was, "Oh, no, the spine labels!" Please tell me you're adding stickers/categories to the spine labels and call numbers instead of ripping them off/changing them. [nightmares][horrors]
Also, Connecticut is Pequot for But If Spelling Matched Pronunciation, How Would We Know the Locals From Bostonians/New Yorkers? and I think you're talking about Darien.

We are definitely adding stickers rather than redoing all the spine labels! We're also weeding heavily now, so that we don't end up adding stickers to anything we don't want to keep. Cause nobody ever wants to weed after you put new spine labels on. :D
