i'm having so much problems with my ipod, i'm starting to hate it. scratch that. i DO hate it. the software's all wonky now and it won't work. the ipod itself is still goodly. but now i can't change the songs AT ALL! how useless. i'm so frustrated. grrrr.

that happens to jon's ipod photo, sometimes the whole song doesn't play, etc...

i'm considering exchanging it or asking for a refund...we'll see.
