Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal, Fat Free strawberry yogurt, 1 Banana
Lunch: Tuna sandwich on whole wheat with no mayo, 1 pickle, 5 celery sticks dipped in fat free dressing
Dinner: Teriyaki turkey stir fry over brown rice, and a Heineken Light.
