Welp, it's fizzy. It's kind of a bitter lemonade that hasn't been strained particularly well. I'm supposed to cool it for a day or two in the fridge to see the final product.
Wish I could, but I'd need a good way to do so and keep it cold, but nor frozen. As it is, since I'm getting CO2 through fermentation, really what I've made is a small series of soda filled explosions... but no one knows how long the fuse is.
