Another busy week coming to an end. My elderly aunt and uncle went into the hospital so it has been a logistical nightmare making sure someone was always with someone. (My two great aunts and one uncle live together and depend on each other for everything, so when the apple cart is upset me, my mom, and aunt have to jump in to re-balance

PS How do you cook your apples? I was thinking about trying a baked apple recipe but I was too lazy to actually do it!
