I'm doing it now and I don't just eat bacon, eggs, and cheese. I'm not trying to have a heart attack. You have to be super creative so that you don't get bored. The good thing about this diet is that you can eat until you're full.
Also, it's not good for you to do it for long. I'm just doing it to drop some pounds quickly, and then I'm going to just eat healthy (being careful on the carbs) and continue to exercise. It makes your body go into ketosis which means it thinks it's starving and uses up stored fat. So, yeah... it's not good for you to do for very long.
