What next?

As it has been ages since I posted my first update, I would be very surprised to see any comments from anybody.  As such this will be just to help sort my thoughts out, however, I would appreciate anybodies thoughts if they would care to let them be known.
    Where to start? I could quite easily make this very long...But it has been too long since
