so after having a fucking awesome weekend (which i will write all about later), the week has to start off fucking shit.
today I found out my nan has bowel cancer and goes into hospital tomorrow. my mum will also be going to hospital tomorrow to have a hysterectomy which can apparently turn out bad?

My mum had that operation years and years ago. She was fine, just a bit of pain and uncomfortableness afterwards. But I've never heard of that kind of operation having a poor success rate. She'll be okay :)

close friend of ours had one too. she ended up being fine.. just discomfort for a little bit afterwards but she was back to work really quick.

that sucks about your nan too, I just had both of mine over here tonight, I'd miss them terribly if anything happened. cancer can eat(hopefully not) my fucking ass :(

my mum also had a hysterectomy and it had complications, but just trust in the nurses and doctors who care for her, because they are brilliant. I dont think Michele could ever been taken from this planet, she is too awesome.
And is it nanna young? or nanna gilette? either way ill include them in my prayers tonight and hope everything is successful.

how did everything go today?

she was admitted today but doesn't get operated on until 4pm tomorrow. I visited her after a work and spoke to the surgeon. We find out on Friday what's going to happen and how bad it is etc.
