I came into work being in total dissaray and we are waaaaay understaffed on the schedule this week, revenue is down and everyone is stressed for more hours and I am going to kill someone. Dr.C is on vacation this week and I hate the other 82 year old Dr. and my office manager both to an uncontrolable degree. Its really quite unlike me. I feel like
