Elven Composite Armor from DragonCon 2008

Hi everyone,  here are the pics of the armor I wore at DragonCon this year.  It is a composite armor, made of  thick cuirbouille hardened leather overlayed with brass sheet, and then overlayed again in hand-cut embossed leather so the brass shows through.  The maille shirt I posted before DCon is under it and  a set of composite vambraces are

yo. i hardly ever use livejournal, but i suppose i have to start now, since everyone from alep gave me their lovejournal sites as contact info! so i found you. you have been found. (i feel all awkward and don't know what else to say except this- how's your flaming pinecone?) anyway, have a good one drinking buddy. i crave more kentucky ale and found out they don't have it here. sad. truly a tragedy.
