(no subject)
Okay. For my Fanart100 thing, which I'm drawing Firebrand characters for, I plan to draw these three first:
093. Thanksgiving.
092. Christmas.
095. New Year.
Thanksgiving - Perhaps we can have Jaymon and the guys out hunting for a turkey?
OR maybe... all of the Blagden family at a big banquet table, Etain primping, Jaymon in the background somewhere with Naja... Young Nariko doting on her father. Aniko would be serving the turkey, or pies... or soemthing motherly. Big fire roaring in a fireplace, everyone dressed warm (their mountain castle would be pretty cold this time of year)
christmas - Nariko would be new to the concept of christmas, and I'm not even really sure that Jaymon or Adel would practice the tradition either... but perhaps a Winter Solstice gift giving thing... I'd liek to draw Adel putting some hideous scarf around Jaymon's neck while nariko looks baffled at a gift in her lap (for some reason I'm seeing a kitten or small critter in her box, from Adel of course. hmm... maybe this is something) Maybe Naja would be there too, and the boys, Verhern & Brenor.
I almost want to do a separate one of Blagden, Aniko, Nariko and Etain in a slightly out of character christmas morning. Etain with a pile of gifts behind her, taking Nariko's presents as well. Blagden looking fatherly (which is acutally soemthing i want to develop with him a bit more) and maybe Aniko serving cookies or something.
New Year, this one would be fun too. I think Naja would be drunk off her butt and hanging all over Nariko, who of couse, as usual would look confused and slightly appalled. I think Jaymon would be laughing at her expense.
working on this made me think that I sould probably create some more characters for the firebrand story. There will be quite a few secondary characters needed for a lot of what I have planned. XD
