sounds like he's interested. i say go for it. age really is just a number, as long as both parties are at the same maturity level. you should ask him to come to the zombie walk with us! then its like, kinda friend-ish, kinda date-ish. or just flat out ask him on a date. either way, sounds cute. good luck!

OOH! That would be such a good idea! I think I am going to ask him to do something like pool or something and if that falls through, ZOMBIE WALK! Hahaha... I told him about it and he actually seemed really interested cause he had this great zombie mask sitting at home apparently! Hrrrrmm... You may be on to something! I dunno Steph. It sounds like that guy is just trying to be friendly with you. I mean you're a young girl so dating is a big part of your life so he asks about that to be nice. His daughter and relationships are a big part of his life so he talks about it. Talking about your seperation (not a divorce?! Well geez fuck him!) is NOT how to pick up a woman! So that is not flirting or hinting.

Try talking about something completely different, sounds like all you talk about relationships, and you think he's attractive so no wonder you think he is hinting about you.

And no, age can be a big factor in a relationship, don't kid yourself.

And he's your co-worker, that can result in A LOT of problems especially if he's your superior. Become friends at least.
