Bode Miller is an embarassment. He was fortunate enough to compete in the Olympics, the most elite of the worlds competitions, and shoots his mouth off saying that he can get drunk the night before a race and still get a gold medal. I hope he learned his lesson. He is a terrible role-model for those who dream of becoming Olympians. He is a phenomenal skiier and should have gotten gold medals, he is good enough. He's cocky and arrogant and thinks only about himself. He said that he just wanted to enjoy himself at the Olympics and that the reason he was gaining weight was because he wasn't training much. Excuse me! The Olympics come every four years. You don't just say that you don't feel like trying. There were plenty of others who at least have the heart to give it their all, but they didn't get that chance because America was keeping its hopes up to see their top athlete, possibly the world's top athlete, bring home a medal. To sum it all up, Bode Miller acted as a terrible representative for the USA and does not deserve to humiliate ( ... )
