Yeah that's it. And there are people who do still send letters, hell I know someone who writes his mom everyday. Texting and email is just faster to get information to people.

They seem to be communication devices linking us with the other foreigners of this city, I believe. Newcomers always get one and it takes a while to use them. But, if you just want to make pointless posts about how to make it work like everyone else has done before you, then be my guest.
