Oh, I do so love Mokuba. For all his fucked-up-ness he's the least fucked up of them all.
Which is probably saying something.
And this was actually, in some strange way, the most hopeful part of the story yet. Things are coming together in what seems to be a nice way.
I think that it needs a bit more of an ending, either just one moer part of a slight change to the last line (which for some reason doesn't seem final enough to me) but having said that I do think this is damn near the climax and I don't think it should be dragged out much more.
This has been a wonderful series, highly enjoyable, very evocative with good characterisation and a stunning writing style. Thank you for putting it out here for our enjoyment!

Yeah... I think that actually probably says something really bad about exactly how fucked-up/disfunctional they all are.

And I think you're right about the last line. The thing is, since this is so close to the climax, I was trying to keep it from having too much finality about it.
