So, the bad news:

1. I'm sort of (momentarily, I'm hoping) bored with YGO?
2. FFVII is eating my brain.
3. Writers block (less in the I-can't-write kind of way and more in the if-I-had-any-compulsion-to-write-I-would-but-I-really-don't kind of way

Yeah, it's definitely not the most fun thing ever. I hope your compulsion at least comes back in the near future (both because I feel your pain and because I'd love to have more fic from you...)

Oh man, I totally wrote FFVII fic way back in the day. Mostly about the Shinra folks because they made me happy (the Turks and Rufus and Reeve... and even Scarlet make me squeal in joy I totally 'shipped Reeve/Scarlet... okay, I still do XD) But I will never ever ever show anyone that fic because I wrote it somewhere around seven-eight years ago and it is all terribly, terribly, BAD. (but in said fic I totally wrote about Rufus surviving that explosion during the Weapon attack, so you'll imagine my glee when I saw the movie and it turns out that he survived that explosion during the Weapon attack. I seriously squealed in glee. Because it's canon now. XDDDDD)

*cackles* I'd love to see that, even if it is as terribly bad as you say. Turks are ♥ and I'm quickly becoming rather fond of Rufus as well.

And Reeve/Scarlet does = het, which makes me rather wary, but I definitely see the appeal there despite that.
