Thanks!!! Hopefully get to shake Bill's hand - he attends as many ceremonies as he can but being the busy bee he is I don't think he can manage them all.

Thank you! I don't know why I'm so relieved. The degree class really doesn't matter all that much in the grand scheme of things. It's not like I need a certain grade to get a job or anything. It's still nice to know if the midwifery doesn't work out, I can get on pretty much any graduate scheme.

Quality girl time is definitely overdue. We must rectify this at some point. I get back on Thursday/Friday (depending on whether or not Dave's car passes its MoT - which he incidentally only told me wasn't guaranteed yesterday. Men!) and I think I'll be working part-time at Search from the following week, but I'll have some weekdays and weekends free, so we'll have to organise something.
