So today I am finally done with the whole outsource your email thing. I recommend a couple of months ago that my company outsource our email solution to a company called Bluetie. I figured what the hell we would have all of our email accounts outsourced for about 3 bucks a month and I would live on. I had found a couple of other companies that

I'm not surprised by your experience, just by the company's lack of responsiveness. Personally, I think more and more small businesses will be moving to outsourced services. It will let them focus their talent and attention on running their businesses, instead of worrying about becoming tech experts, as well

Yeah I am with you but actually it's just email and its pretty cheap for us to do it in house with the price of servers these days. We have a couple of sysadmins that have some cycles to spare so I think we are just going to stick with doing it in house.
