Also, wasn't there a report released yesterday suggesting that up to 95% of incarcerees (hostages? torture victims?) were probably NOT guilty of any crime?

The International Red Cross is saying that since only about 700 people have actually been charged by the United States, and there are some 9,000 in detention, that 90 percent or more are wrongfully detained -- either innocent or wrongfully detained.

Further, if this is what's happening in Iraq, imagine what's happening at the prison camp at Gitmo.
