Quite literally taking the piss.

"I'm sure everyone that boards a Ryanair flight has at least one pound"

Um...so how about the person from Europe who has just changed notes. And what if you don't have a pound and REALLY need the toilet? With those 25min change overs they sure as hell won't have time to clean it up. I watched that Dispatches undercover documentary on them, they didn't even clean up a kids sick on one flight, they just poured aftershave on it!

Will NOT fly with Ryanair.

From what I've been reading, Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary is just being a jackass and not being serious. We had an airline here in the USA kinda like Ryanair, Skybus..which flew out of Columbus, OH..140 miles south of here (Cleveland)...they went belly up.

I think I'd rather take a bus or drive (or walk) than fly an airline like Ryanair.

ryanair have consistently been voted the worst airline here for several years, i agree with you on the walking front

not surprising really. if they can get away with charging 30 quid for taking luggage, surely a quid for a pee is nothing ;)

i just don't see why they're still called a 'budget' airline - because they're not!
