And also remember to eat and drink a lot of water beforehand, unless you specifically have to fast.

Yeah, I fasted and all that since 10pm last night 'til 11:30 today (appointment was at 10, but we got in late, etc blahblah). The blood stuff wasn't bad at all... there was something else that was a lot more uncomfortable. I WILL NOT SAY WHAT IT IS HERE.
