So Team Fortress 2 a few updates ago added hats. I wanted a hat quite a lot, so I gave in and started idling. The idling program apparently counted as "cheating", so VALVe removed all items anybody got through the idling program and gave people who never idled a halo. Newbs runs a plugin where if you're one of the first 6 to join a server you can wear any hat you want as long as it's in the menu. A few servers run it but obviously shameless plug time is now.

Being able to wear any hat results in Heavy wearing one of Soldier's hat (the pot), Spy wearing Demoman's hat (the tophat), and people with devil horns, cones, and bunny ears.
