Actually, it's inside the new Mitsuwa market, just down the street from Tampopo and Shinsengumi. Right across it is a Spoon House (has REALLY good japanese spaghetti) and the local book off :D

I have to check the hours of that market but I'm hoping to pick up a box or two. :)
