Heads up, guys! Apparently there are a number of unfilled prompts that have accidentally been indexed in the filled account. I know that sometimes strange things happen to your brain once you've been indexing the meme for a few hours in a row, but please try to be careful of this.

The st_xi_kink account is for filled prompts only; the Read more... )

I noticed a number of unfilled prompts ending up on the filled delicious, but I didn't keep track of them. I did notice this one today: http://community.livejournal.com/st_xi_kink/4765.html?thread=12151709#t12151709

It hasn't been filled yet.
I also wanted to thank whoever has been indexing the filled prompts for all the hard work.

I just tagged a bunch of UNfilled prompts, was logged into st_xi_kinkunfilled, but they still came up under st_xi_kink. They actually went into both accounts. I've had this problem on past days when trying to archive. I'm not sure how to fix this, I just went into st_xi_kink and deleted the unfilled prompts that were bookmarked, but if I have to do this for every prompt, I'm never going to get done.

Anyone have ANY idea what the heck is going on?

That is SO WEIRD. I'm about to head to bed, but I will check into this tomorrow, and maybe leave a post at deliciouslymad to get some help troubleshooting.

Just want to add, though, that it sounds like it's a problem with your cookies. Maybe try clearing out your cache? Once you've done that you could try using two different browsers (IE or chrome or that IE tab in firefox) when logging into each account to try to avoid ... I don't know, mixing things up. :P That is so scientific, I know. Like I said, though, will check into a more concrete answer for you tomorrow!

Okay, unless someone has a better idea, I think that this is an issue with your cookies and/or cache. If you're using Firefox, just head over to Tools > Options > Privacy and a)clear the cache and b) delete the cookies for delicious. This should solve the problem you're currently having.

As far as preventing this from happening again, there are a couple of options. What I'm actually doing right now is running two copies of Firefox simultaneously - the up-to-date Firefox 3, and a copy of Firefox 2. One of the things we lost in the update from versions 2 to 3 was support for a kick-ass add-on called "del.icio.us complete" that supported posting to multiple accounts without all this hassle of signing in and out. It takes 10-15 minutes to set up a second Firefox profile, install Firefox 2 and set up this add-on, so it's low on both time and difficulty. If you're interested in going this route, I'd be happy to walk you through it.

It looks like someone left a link to a WIP they have started using this prompt, so by our criteria it fits the st_xi_kink filled account, but thank you anyway!
