The great news: Tam's tenure is 85% assured - she was given three "superior" grades at the faculty level. Now it only needs the nod from the Provost of the university, and she's set. She also got two of her three grants approved, and her paper has been provisionally accepted pending minor edits. Once her tenure becomes official, so does her
