i think you're wrong :-/ I think she calles him Shaoran-kun first but then corrects herself and calls him Shaoran. we had almost the same phrase structure with Shaoran correcting himself :)

I hope we get more than this in the chapter.. Cos' Syaoran that has waken up grabs clone's arm and stabs it sounds like a cliffhanger to me..
