So, we're finally on the way. Thanks to Alan, I made it to the train station on time, but unfortunately the train didn't... They didn't say why the train was late, but I was supposed to leave at 0540, but ended up hanging around until 0710 before the train arrived ( Read more... )

math isn't beautiful, because math is the same no matter where you go. only christian fundamentalists can deny the underlying truth of universal logic.

I was writing about this the other day. During my planning period, I basically want to read and write and not do anything related to my lessons really. Do science and math teachers want to perform experiments and do proofs? Or is reading akin to doing the crossword personal, i.e. universal regardless of major or profession?

Science (some) and Math majors do... Most primary school math teacher usually aren't math majors though, are they?
