Summation of the past few days.
The research into ridding myself of this 'affliction' has so far gone well. The books that I have managed to secure from home have proven to be a fountain of knowledge, because of their content I've had to spruce up my concealing charms. I can never tell who will see me reading Wynn's Encyclopedia, and the Charms Almanac attracts less attention.
Augustus agreed to releasing this affliction from me. (Cut to when I lost the chat that Lucius and augustus agreed to settle things, doi) Forgiveness is all that he asks for, and since he doesn't trust me as far as he could throw me, magically assisted or no- and he has good right to- the only way that I could get him to agree was a Forgiveness Charm accentuated with a Dark Arts spell from my research.
Note to self- pick up presents from Hogsmeade before I leave for home. They may as well be happy before their end.
